Ms. Perry, a founder of HydroTech, became sole owner in 2013. She has experience in Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, Underground Storage Tank Management and Site Closures, Leaking Underground Storage Tank investigations and remediation. With her background in business, accounting, and environmental consulting, her vision is to prepare the pathway for the company to move forward for another thirty years. Under her direction, HydroTech was certified in 2015 by the State of Indiana as a Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) and in 2019 by INDOT as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE).
Mr. Manka has over three decades of experience in environmental consulting and is a licensed Professional Geologist in the State of Indiana. He currently serves as Project Manager/Geologist for HydroTech. He has extensive experience in performing environmental site assessments; hydrogeological investigations; subsurface contaminant delineation projects; cost recovery for Indiana Excess Liability Trust Fund (ELTF) projects; and, remediation for leaking underground storage tank (LUST), Resource Conservation and Recovery (RCRA), Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), and Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) facilities. His areas of expertise also include: Indoor Air Quality investigations and mitigation; industrial wastewater monitoring; and underground storage tank compliance.
Mr. Byanski has more than 30 years of experience in Indiana as a Licensed Professional Geologist (L.P.G) and is adept at performing Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments. He has successfully remediated RCRA, CERCLA and TSCA facilities as well as sites using Indiana's VRP, RCG, RISC and LUST guidelines. His experience ranges from NPDES and air discharge permitting to successfuly recovering costs for eligible sites from the Indiana Excess Liablity Trust Fund (ELTF). He has provided litigation support as an expert witness.
Mr. Rogers, Environmental Professional (EP) has been with HydroTech for over twenty years and has experience in
Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP),
soil and groundwater investigation and remediation,
operation and maintenance of
Dual Phase Vapor Extraction (DPVE) systems,
Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments, and Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) inspections and mitigation. He is licensed by the State of Indiana in underground storage tank (UST) Decommissioning and Removal, an OSHA Hazardous Waste Site Operator (HAZWOPER) and Supervisor, a licensed Asbestos Building Inspector.
